Welcome to TableSync! By accessing or using our restaurant management system ("the Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Use of the Software

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your business operations in accordance with these terms:

  • You must not share, distribute, modify, or sublicense the Software without prior written consent.
  • The Software is provided "as is" and is intended solely for business use by licensed users.

2. Payment and Subscription

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

  • A monthly subscription fee is required as per the terms in your License Agreement.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of TableSync. You must not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
  • Use the Software in any way that infringes upon intellectual property rights.

4. Data Ownership

Licensees retain ownership of all customer data entered into the Software. TableSync serves as a data processor and adheres to strict data privacy regulations, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to ensure the reliability of our Software but provide no guarantees:

  • The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • TableSync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Software under the following conditions:

  • Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription by providing 30 days' written notice.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if there is a breach of these terms or failure to pay the subscription fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TableSync is not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from technical issues, including downtime or data loss.
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
