Privacy information

When you reserve a table, TableSync processes the name, contact method, booking details and any information you submit to help the restaurant manage your reservation. Your chosen restaurant is responsible for its guest booking records, and TableSync operates as its booking service provider where applicable.

Booking data is used to arrange and manage reservations, prevent conflicting allocations, and send optional booking communications. Staff notes and guestbook records are optional restaurant features and should only contain necessary information. Restaurant staff access is restricted by account permissions.

Data is stored in the hosting environment selected by the operator of this TableSync installation. Contact the restaurant directly to request access, correction or deletion of your booking information. Retention periods, the operator's identity, contact details, legal bases, recipients and international-transfer details must be completed by the deploying business before publication.
